Richard has over 20 years of experience in the roofing and waterproofing industry. He is involved in every aspect of the business from bidding through execution and completion of each project. It is his policy to be involved with every job, large or small, to make sure all clients are satisfied. He is well known in the industry for his strong diagnostic capabilities. Richard is a graduate of the George Washington University and holds many application licenses.

Bill “B” has more than 30 years in the construction industry. His experience ranges from building schools to remodeling entire Manhattan brownstones. He has extensive knowledge in all aspects of interior renovation and is a master electrician.

LESLIE MAND
Office Manager

Leslie handles the day to day operations of the office. She also coordinates the administrative end of the construction process from contract writing to obtaining the necessary permits, and insurance requirements. She is proficient with the AIA document programs which are used to generate contracts, payment applications, continuation sheets, change orders, etc. Leslie is a graduate of the George Washington University.

DEBRA N SELESTKY
Accounting Manager

Debra handles all accounting aspects of the company including accounts payable, receiveable, reconciliation, etc. She has more than 25 years experience in this field and holds a BA in Accounting.
